Makan & Transport in Prague
As with many european ex-communists countries, many metro stations are dug really deep. (as shelter in event of full-scale eruption of Cold War perhaps??). Escalators could stretch up to 4 levels high. Acrophobes beware!Dinner at James Cook Restaurant, next to our accoms. 3 types of fish served. The 'ikan bilis' was the absolute *bestest*, blending a tender, juicy interior with a crispy skin.
Trams are very common in Prague. New trams, retro trams, ... they all have it.
Cafe Louvre in Prague. The order was traditional Beef Goulash with 2 types of dumplings. The dumplings are a misnomer, imo, as they look and tastes like slices of bun! Unexpectedly, the tomato-like chilli packs a big punch. Together with the Art Noveau deco and the fun "newspaper" menu, an overall satisfying lunch experience.
